Contracts Specialist

Rotork is seeking a highly motivated and organized Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our flow control and instrumentation company, you will be responsible for accurately entering orders into our system, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage customer relationships, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of our products
- Provide technical support to customers, representatives, and distributors
- Update all systems for accurate output forecasting and reporting
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in the flow control and instrumentation industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Good communication skills, customer focused, strong multitasker and good at executing tasks
