Front Desk Manager Job Description

Gold's Gym SoCal is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling, staffing, and training
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
