Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant role. This is a contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, complete, and expedite specialized tasks and projects
  • Organize and maintain project files and materials
  • Coordinate and compile the distribution of reports
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of operations, systems, and procedures
  • Make recommendations to improve workflow
  • Plan and execute events
  • Work flexible hours as required
  • Perform other duties and projects as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous event planning experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and communication skills required

Adecco provides a comprehensive benefits package to contract workers.

Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
