Office Operations Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant role. This is a contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, complete, and expedite specialized tasks and projects
- Organize and maintain project files and materials
- Coordinate and compile the distribution of reports
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of operations, systems, and procedures
- Make recommendations to improve workflow
- Plan and execute events
- Work flexible hours as required
- Perform other duties and projects as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous event planning experience required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and communication skills required
Adecco provides a comprehensive benefits package to contract workers.
Compensation: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
Benefits:

- Eligibility for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday pay where applicable
