Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at Connecto Electric, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project managers and estimators, ensuring the smooth execution of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance to project managers and estimators, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project data, paperwork, and communication with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Bid Process Management: Gather information, complete required documentation, and submit proposals as instructed.
  • Estimating Support: Assist estimators with electrical take-offs on a case-by-case basis.
  • Document Preparation: Organize and prepare project submittals, verify approved submittals, and create panel schedules based on foremen's information.
  • Communication: Act as liaison with outside agencies, contact vendors/sub-contractors, and facilitate communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Project Close-Out: Assist in coordinating delivery schedules, complete permit applications, and process with the appropriate agency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain change order, material, and RFI logs.
  • Customer Relations: Provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly and confidently with customers, and respond to their inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook. Valid driver's license required.
  • Preferred Skills: Attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, excellent communication skills, PC proficiency, data entry skills, ability to multi-task, flexibility, electrical knowledge, and blueprint reading.
Work Environment

This is a professional office environment that requires standard office equipment and minimal physical demands.
