- Answering incoming client inquiries in a courteous manner
- Processing new client registrations
- Entering prospective clients into the database

- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Ordering office supplies and managing expense reports
- Updating the CRM with client interactions
- Working independently to achieve personal business objectives
