Revenue Growth Manager

Role Summary: As Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies, managing estimating operations, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Manage estimating operations to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Nurture relationships with existing customers and identify new customer leads.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 years of experience in structural steel sales and estimating, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of project specifications and contracts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth.
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience.
