Job Summary

Lexipol LLC is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Growth Strategy to lead our revenue generation efforts across media and advertising businesses. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior executive leadership positions, with expertise in building teams and revenue streams to scale.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to drive business expansion and increase revenue streams.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including account planning, proposal development, and pipeline management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform revenue growth strategies and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Fifteen plus years of relevant experience in senior-level executive leadership positions in revenue generation across both media and advertising businesses.
  • Demonstrated track record of success building teams and revenue streams to scale from a base of 8 figures of revenue.
  • Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus.
  • Experience with hiring, managing, leading, and inspiring teams to create a collaborative culture.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media advertising best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
