About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distinguished Growth Strategist to join our team at Cain Watters & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving sustained growth and leading our efforts in acquiring new clients while retaining existing ones.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, consulting, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of leading teams, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that stay ahead of industry trends and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion, through analysis of market trends and competitor activity.
  3. Lead a team of sales representatives, providing training, education, and motivation to drive success.
  4. Analyze financial statements and tax returns to understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform growth strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
  7. Provide regular updates on growth performance to the executive team and partners.
  8. Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to the overall direction and strategy of the organization.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA Preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in finance, consulting, business development, or sales.
  • Private Equity experience highly desired, with private equity experience in the dental industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong business and marketing background, with experience leading teams, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis and technology, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and public speaking experience required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $185,000, with the potential for additional incentive pay based on performance. Our benefits package includes:
