You will be expected to work approximately 30-35 hours per week, earning between $23 - $25 hourly based on experience, along with potential bonus opportunities. We value our employees and take pride in fostering a supportive work environment.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly update team members on project statuses, including any challenges or successes
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Handle order processing and tracking
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute as necessary
  • Assist in editing and creating graphics using Adobe Illustrator
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects in a timely and organized manner
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written communication
  • Highly proficient with technology
  • Experience with MS Office is essential
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is preferred, or a willingness to learn
  • Confident in adapting to new technologies
