We are currently in search of a skilled Army Training Information Management System Team Lead to enhance our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational planning, execution, and assessment of a web-based multi-user application under general supervision.
  • Act as the primary representative and liaison with external stakeholders on operational issues, providing technical and professional guidance as necessary.
  • Coordinate ARTIMS Cybersecurity responsibilities in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Lead.
  • Participate in meetings to support the cybersecurity framework of the ARTIMS initiative.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading training sessions or serving as a lead instructor in a classroom setting or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in guiding a team to create scenario-based training programs for ARTIMS, including mobile training packages and user guides.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. Army, including active duty, ARNG, and current training and readiness concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability in contract and deliverable management.
  • Experience leading a team of technically skilled professionals.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Must possess at least a current SECRET (Interim or Final) security clearance.
