This position involves collecting and recording production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures.
  • Calculate factors such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates.
  • Compile detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products.
  • Compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of the Logistics Information Systems Global Combat Support System - Army.
  • Working knowledge of standardized maintenance regulations - specifically DA PAM 750-8, Functional User's Manual for the Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS).
  • U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency with written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Common Access Card within the first 90 days of employment.

Desired Qualification:

  • Complete Army Military Occupational Specialty - 92A training and have attained a Skill Level of 2 to 3 or have equivalent experience (4-6 years of Production Control experience as an E5 or E6).
