Job Title: UC, AV & Collaboration Engineer Lead

Zantech is seeking a highly skilled UC, AV & Collaboration Engineer Lead to oversee and lead the integrated conference rooms with UC, AV, and related technologies for an upcoming Army program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide UC/AV support for briefings, ceremonies, meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Lead AV personnel and provide technical guidance on audio systems, microphones, display systems, and AV techniques.
  • Support VI operations for the HQ CATV system and provide operational knowledge of VI equipment, capabilities, uses, and limitations.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • DISA DVS-G UC operations, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Global Video Services and Defense Collaboration Services from DISA, as well as Unified Collaboration tools that integrate with existing UC systems.
  • IAT Level II - Security Plus certification required before employment.
  • 2+ years' experience in UC, Cisco Management System, Cisco Codec, and other CMS technologies, and the VSU/Gatekeeper for Collaboration Engineers.
Security Clearance:

A minimum of a current SECRET (Interim or Final) security clearance is required.
