Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Licensing & Compliance Administrator to join our Albany Corporate Office.

This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all licensing requirements for the organization. Additionally, you will continuously assess and address the compliance obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all FFL/SOT/WA Dealer Licensing and related requirements for the organization.
  • Administer and maintain all other relevant licenses for our locations, including but not limited to business licenses, city/state permits, reseller permits, pesticide licenses, propane licenses, agricultural licenses, and DMV licenses.
  • Provide essential administrative support regarding insurance matters for the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to learn internal software systems necessary for job functions.
  • Previous experience and knowledge in business licensing is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing work environments and shifting priorities.
