We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse in Nephrology Transplant to join our exceptional team.

Position Summary and Qualifications
Our Registered Nurses are committed to delivering clinical excellence and compassionate care. The Medical Surgical Unit serves adult patients with diverse medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurological conditions, while the Nephrology/Transplant unit specializes in the recovery of transplant patients and nephrology care. This dynamic environment offers opportunities for professional growth and knowledge expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status, adhering to care standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans to enhance outcomes and utilize resources effectively.
- Deliver direct nursing care and oversee non-licensed staff within the RN's scope of practice and established guidelines.
- Provide education and emotional support tailored to the patient's age, culture, and condition, integrating family teaching into nursing practice.

Qualifications Required:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN degree.
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the relevant state(s) of practice.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
