We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse in Orthopedic Trauma who shares our passion for patient care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Medical Surgical Unit caters to adult patients with various medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurological conditions. The diversity of Med Surg offers opportunities to broaden your knowledge throughout your career.

Responsibilities in this Role:

- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments regarding the patient's health status, adhering to care standards and disease-specific protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

- Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
- Offer education and emotional support tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstance, integrating patient/family teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.


Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with either an ADN or BSN degree.

- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or possesses an active compact license, in compliance with law and regulation.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
