Clinical Leadership Expert

The Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. will oversee the day-to-day therapeutic services of the Connections program, a 32-bed co-ed enhanced, jail diversion program in Western Massachusetts.
This position is responsible for managing the Counselors and Case Managers working at Connections, ensuring the well-being of individuals in BHN's care, and designing and implementing the treatment structure of the program.
A Master's Degree in a related field is required, as well as at least three years of experience in the Human Services field and two years of supervisory experience.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the therapeutic services of the Connections program
- Manage the Counselors and Case Managers working at Connections
- Ensure the well-being of individuals in BHN's care
- Design and implement the treatment structure of the program
- Master's Degree in a related field
- At least three years of experience in the Human Services field
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LADC, LICSW)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations
