Substance Use Disorder Specialist

The Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing the therapeutic services of the Connections program, a 32-bed co-ed enhanced, jail diversion program in Western Massachusetts.
This position requires a strong understanding of substance use disorder treatment and experience managing teams of Counselors and Case Managers.
The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the Human Services field.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Accountabilities- Lead the Connections program team
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve program goals
- Master's Degree in a related field
- At least three years of experience in the Human Services field
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LADC, LICSW)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
