About the Position

The Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing the therapeutic services of the Connections program, a 32-bed co-ed enhanced, jail diversion program in Western Massachusetts.

This position requires a strong understanding of substance use disorder treatment and experience managing teams of Counselors and Case Managers.

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the Human Services field.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the Connections program team
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve program goals
Essential Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • At least three years of experience in the Human Services field
  • At least two years of supervisory experience
  • Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LADC, LICSW)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
