Job Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in post-acute care facilities.
  • Check vital signs and provide regular reports to the nursing team.
  • Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Perform tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents.
  • Communicate with family members and other visitors to address their concerns.
  • Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Illinois CNA certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with medical professionals and residents.
