  • Implement residents' care/treatment plans and accurately document any changes in their health status according to community policies.
  • Comprehend residents' medical records, physician orders, and personalized care plans.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities.
  • Adhere to standard safety protocols and follow OSHA guidelines.
  • Provide high-quality services to residents and their families with compassion, respect, and dignity.

By maintaining a clean and secure environment, you contribute to the safety and well-being of both residents and fellow staff members.

Assist residents with daily living activities in a manner that prioritizes their safety and comfort, under the guidance of a licensed nurse.

  • Perform tasks such as monitoring vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with toileting.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and support the team by attending to unassigned residents as necessary.

Assist residents in moving and positioning themselves according to their care plans, using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure their safety at all times.

  • Ensure residents are clean, well-dressed, and receive appropriate care.
  • Support restorative nursing activities, including range of motion exercises and ambulation.
