Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with precision and care
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the clinical team
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate or completion of a State of Illinois Accredited CNA training course
  • Prior CNA experience preferred, but not required
