About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at a senior living community. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow resident care plans, documenting changes in a resident's condition according to community policy and procedure.
  • Understand residents' charts, doctor's orders, and care plans.
  • Comply with long-term care federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) under the direction of a licensed nurse.
