  • Provide high-quality services to residents and their families with compassion, respect, and dignity.

By maintaining a clean and safe environment, you contribute to the health and well-being of both residents and fellow staff members.

Assist residents with daily living activities in a manner that prioritizes their safety and comfort, under the guidance of a licensed nurse.

  • Perform tasks such as taking vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with toileting needs.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and support the team by attending to residents as needed.

Help residents with mobility and positioning according to their care plans, using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure their safety at all times.

  • Ensure residents are clean, well-dressed, and receive the necessary care.
  • Support restorative nursing activities, including range of motion exercises and ambulation.
