CANDIDATE PROFILE:


Experience:
Prior experience in housekeeping is highly desirable.

JOB ESSENTIALS:

- Deliver a pristine, secure, and well-kept guest room for all patrons of the establishment.

  • Thoroughly sanitize guest rooms as designated, including but not limited to making beds, cleaning restrooms, dusting, and vacuuming to brand standards.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
  • Execute deep cleaning tasks as required.
  • Collect necessary supplies and amenities daily.
  • Attend to guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Seek assistance to aid guests when necessary.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints swiftly and comprehensively. Ensure timely follow-up with guests to uphold a high level of satisfaction and service quality. In cases of dissatisfaction, negotiate solutions in line with established guidelines.
  • Adhere to proper safety protocols and utilize safety equipment as necessary to guarantee the well-being of all team members during each shift. Report all incidents and injuries promptly.
  • Maintain a clean work area free of hazards, debris, or any items that could impede job performance.
  • Perform any other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Demands:

  • While fulfilling the duties of this position, the role typically requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift, as well as performing repetitive motions, bending, stretching, reaching, stooping, and pushing weights up to 20-30 pounds.


Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality sector, employees may be required to work varying schedules, including holidays and weekends, to meet the operational needs of the hotel.

Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is also mandatory.
