Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our organization unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative work, excellent customer-service skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendaring, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Manage office equipment and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of administrative work experience.
- Excellent customer-service skills and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Typing skills of at least 40-50 words per minute.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
