Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, education, or human resources.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to Analyze and Interpret Data: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform training program development and evaluation.
