We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Bayone. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive product marketing strategies, including positioning, marketing analysis, and go-to-market plans for our cloud-native software business unit.
  • Manage product launches and roll-outs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Work with product and research teams to analyze the market, identify new opportunities, and build a presence in our target customer and industry segments.
  • Establish marketing requirements for new products and opportunities within our business unit to drive product-market fit.
  • Work closely with product management to understand product strategy and develop compelling messaging for our audience.
  • Liaise with broader marketing teams on large-scale integrated campaigns to ensure our efforts are featured.
  • Establish measurable analysis and reporting on our success in establishing brand awareness, user engagement, and more in cloud-native markets.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in shaping product-market fit and directing marketing strategies, preferably in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing roles.
  • Proven experience driving GTM campaigns, leveraging cross-collaborative relationships, omni-channel strategies, agency relationships, and some elbow grease to drive noteworthy market moments.
  • Ability to analyze, measure, and report on market research and competitor insights to guide product development strategy.
  • Outstanding ability to explain clear value and benefits derived from complicated concepts to decision makers, buyers, and product champions.
  • Embracing a data-driven approach to building results and comfortable directing decisions on buyer journeys, audience engagement, and other marketing data.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (diverse subject matter welcome), Master's Degree or MBA preferred but not required.
