Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with department managers to proactively identify future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other resources to source high-quality candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing exceptional client service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles and have a deep understanding of associated duties and responsibilities.
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers and candidates through the application process.
- Ensure all required documentation and data are recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines and delivering an efficient and effective recruitment process.
- Assist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to ensure a positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
- An Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years' experience as a Recruiter is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong candidate generation skills and a working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems are required.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
This position is considered OFFICE WORK, which is characterized as follows:
- Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
- Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace.
- Work surface is stable (flat).
