Talent Acquisition Professional

This role is responsible for collaborating with department managers to identify future hiring needs and proactively sourcing candidates through various channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives and provide superior client service
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers through the application process
- Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines
- Assist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient and effective process
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years' experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Strong candidate generation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems
This position is considered OFFICE WORK, which is characterized as follows:
- Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
- Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
- Work surface is stable (flat)
This position is considered LIGHT work.
