What You'll Do
As an Office Manager Lead, you will:
  • Lead a team of associates in multiple offices, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement office-level growth plans, including strategies to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and productivity.
  • Partner with other leaders to drive business results, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and recognize outstanding contributions from team members.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of growing and developing teams. You should also possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
