Job Description

This role involves serving as the front-line manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned offices. You will lead office staffing, operations, and logistics, partner with the BA Transformation Manager to create integration plans, and assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates.

You will also build an engaging team environment by training and coaching associates, holding them accountable to execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and recognizing outstanding associate contributions.

Additionally, you will conduct timely performance reviews, partner with Associate Relations Center to resolve associate issues, and communicate essential information to tax office associates through daily team meetings.

In this role, you will travel between offices as required, creating associate work schedules and ensuring accurate timekeeping and labor management.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 Years of People management experience with demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates
  • Demonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead towards growth culture
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, judgment skills and ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Computer proficient with ability to use MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and customer-centric mindset that seeks to understand and exceed client needs
What We Offer

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
