Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and lead a talented team dedicated to executing a high volume of trade show events each quarter.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive trade show strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to establish clear event goals, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including booth design, materials management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Implement effective pre-event and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendee interaction and follow-up.
  • Analyze event performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement for future participation.

Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale trade shows.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating strong team-building and people management skills.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple events simultaneously.
  • Experience in budget management and performance analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in utilizing marketing and sales tools to enhance event execution and follow-up.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Creative mindset with a history of developing unique and successful event experiences.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for events and site visits.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
