Accounting Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office support experience, preferably with some accounting background, and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized accounting records, preparing forms, and assisting with payment runs. They will also provide backup support for coding and posting daily cash as received.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records by scanning, copying, and filing documents.
  • Assist with preparing and processing financial documents, including invoices and payments.
  • Support the accounting team with tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of office support experience, preferably with some accounting background.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
