Rippling is revolutionizing HR, IT, and Finance by bringing together workforce systems into a single platform. As an Enterprise Sales Expert in our Broker Network, you'll have a unique chance to shape the future of this program.

With significant investment in the broker channel, your role will have a substantial impact on the company's growth. You'll be responsible for managing high-velocity sales cycles, navigating strategic sales processes, and building relationships with insurance brokers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create and nurture relationships with insurance brokers
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities through referrals from broker partners
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentations and detailed product demos
  • Closed business and consistently achieve quota attainment
  • Become a product expert across Rippling's entire platform and understand the competitor landscape
  • Work closely with CSM teams to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying $1M+ annual quota
  • Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling security-related products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is: $200,000 - $200,000 USD per year, with a competitive On-Target Earnings structure (60/40 commission split for base/variable pay). Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and stock options.
