About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Eliot's, providing support and services to individuals with brain injuries. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly formed team and contribute to the development of innovative programs that enrich and enhance the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and training to individuals with brain injuries, promoting personal growth and accomplishment.
  • Administer medication according to MAP regulations and perform housekeeping tasks as necessary.
  • Report maintenance and safety issues to the supervisor and significant health, psychiatric, and behavioral issues to the Program Manager.
  • Support individuals with various medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities, including ADLs, laundry, meal preparation, cleaning, and leisure activities.
  • Engage individuals in enriching activities that promote skill building and independence.
Work Schedule

This is a part-time position, working Thursdays to Saturdays, 11pm to 9am, for a total of 30 hours per week.
