Job Summary

Eliot is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with individuals with brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and severe and persistent mental illnesses to provide personalized support and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of individuals and develop customized interventions to promote independence and quality of life.
  • Provide support and education to individuals, families, and other support systems about the individual's condition and needs.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized service plans.
  • Ensure that all services provided are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure as an OTR/L in Massachusetts.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and severe and persistent mental illnesses.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
