Commercial Real Estate Associate Broker

As a Commercial Real Estate Associate Broker at CBRE, you will play a crucial role in fostering business growth, marketing commercial properties, and negotiating leasing agreements, purchases, or sales on behalf of clients.
This position is integral to the Brokerage sector, focusing on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential, office, and commercial properties for client occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
2. Provide clients with essential insights regarding leasing options, current market trends, and property valuations.
3. Accompany potential clients to property sites to discuss features, rental rates, and contractual terms.
4. Compile property data, including tenant surveys, summary reports, and mapping.
5. Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assess responses, analyzing data to create specialized reports on market conditions.
6. Gather and organize necessary documentation for transactions, including listing agreements and sales contracts.
7. Assist legal teams in drafting real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence processes.
8. Demonstrate foundational knowledge of industry principles with limited practical experience.
9. Uphold and exemplify CBRE's core values in all professional interactions.
10. Ensure the quality of your work meets established standards and deadlines.
11. Communicate clearly, ask relevant questions, and confirm understanding with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A Real Estate License is highly desirable.
- Ability to apply existing procedures to resolve standard issues.
- Experience in analyzing information and standard practices to inform decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with a curious mindset.
- Intermediate mathematical skills, capable of performing complex calculations such as percentages and financial metrics.
