**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Process POS purchases, handle returns, and process freight and inter-store transfers.
  • Maintain organized stock rooms and store inventory preparation.
  • Prepare and process store orders for customers.
  • Identify and report safety and housekeeping issues.
  • Restock stores and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Report customer complaints to Store Managers and follow company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of sales experience or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.

**Education Qualification:**

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
