About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Solana Beach, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including event planning and coordination.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
