About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Arbital Health. As a Strategic Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Cultivate Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with self-funded employers and point solution healthcare providers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and Manage a Pipeline: Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance and insights to customers and prospects on how Arbital Health can help them transition to value-based care agreements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Healthcare Selling Experience: Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its complexities.
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Autonomy and Ambiguity: Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity, with the ability to manage up to leaders and seek coaching and mentorship as needed.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Approach: Strong analytical approach, with the ability to maintain accurate data and drive business decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Exceeding Sales Goals: Proven track record of exceeding sales goals, with a strong desire to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
