The Luxury Retail Sales Representative at Encore Boston Harbor is dedicated to surpassing both individual and store sales objectives while providing outstanding customer service within the designated retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold all core values and standards of Encore Boston Harbor.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong sales abilities.
  • Stay informed about new product offerings and suggest improvements for departmental success.
  • Manage guest relations with patience and professionalism.
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Participate in team meetings and store events.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Engage customers to assess their needs and present product features effectively.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a detailed client book.
  • Develop attractive merchandise displays to enhance sales.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain an organized stockroom.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain industry knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. A minimum of one year of experience in a luxury retail environment is required, along with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Candidates must also have experience working with luxury clientele and maintaining a clientele book.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is required, with a second language being advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers actively. Candidates should be able to lift up to thirty pounds and possess good vision and hearing capabilities.

Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic, with varying noise levels. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of the business.
