Job Summary
The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations at the job site in Orlando, FL. This role requires the ability to manage staff effectively and resolve routine issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily activities based on project priorities and adapt plans as needed due to environmental factors, supply chain issues, or personnel changes.
2. Delegate specific tasks and responsibilities to crew members and subcontractors.
3. Engage in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of both employees and contractors.
4. Ensure that adequate resources are available to meet project timelines and compliance with safety regulations.
5. Promote safe practices in the use of tools and equipment, providing necessary training on safety protocols.
6. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards across all sites.
7. Address and resolve conflicts or miscommunications promptly and effectively.
8. Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors and site engineers.

Work Environment
This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, with potential exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include the ability to communicate effectively, stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks. The role may require lifting items up to 50 pounds and working at heights exceeding 90 feet, as well as in confined spaces. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant trade experience.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- A valid Florida Driver's license is mandatory.
