Calibrated Controls is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Electrical Technician specializing in Low Voltage and DDC Controls.

Position Responsibilities

The selected technician will be tasked with the systematic installation of Building Automation systems, DDC, and low voltage configurations. This role requires adherence to company protocols, contractor guidelines, control schematics, and technical documentation.

The technician will oversee the installation of control systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and directives from supervisors. Responsibilities include:

  • Executing all labor-related tasks necessary for the installation of specified building automation systems.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Experience with EMT conduit installations.
  • Proficiency in BAS controls wiring.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • At least two years of experience as an electrician.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a BAS controls installer.
  • Preferred: Technical Associates or Journeyman/Journeywoman electrical license.

Additionally, candidates must:

  • Be knowledgeable of current building electrical codes.
  • Have the necessary product and industry knowledge to make informed technical decisions daily.
  • Be familiar with the roles of electricians and the overall construction process.
