Position: Finance & Operations Trainee

Compensation: $18 per hour

Your Contribution

  • Assist the Operations department with various management projects, including vendor relations, project tools, and process implementation.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of ongoing operational initiatives.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Leadership team on strategic planning and project management.
  • Oversee office operations, including vendor communication, resource procurement, and safety protocol enforcement.
  • Assist hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to special projects and provide support to cross-functional teams.
  • Help with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Perform data entry and reconcile financial accounts.
  • Assist in generating weekly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial health.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Position Details

  • Flexible working hours between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • 20-32 hours per week.
  • Hourly compensation: $20.
