Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Shop Manager Trainee to join our team at Driven Brands. As a Shop Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of technicians to provide high-quality services to our clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service center, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or service industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
