About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Lead to join our team at Tate Inc. This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive market share and enhance brand awareness in the data center industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including the development of marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional activities.
  • Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including brochures, case studies, website content, social media, and presentations.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our products, including product demonstrations and technical support.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and influencers to promote Tate's products.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy.
Requirements
  • BS in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a Marketing/Product/Specifications role in the data center or construction industry.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce would be ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess a positive 'can-do' attitude and be a collaborative team player, eager to jump with flexibility for some travel as and when required.
  • Be a leader with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned.
