As a Marketing and Communications Manager at FC Industries Inc, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's story and creating authentic communications that connect with our customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include developing and producing marketing communications to support business goals, creating and implementing marketing strategic plans for multiple business lines, and managing the design, production, and distribution of media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce marketing communications to support business goals
  • Create and implement marketing strategic plans for multiple business lines
  • Manage the design, production, and distribution of media including websites, press releases, videos, social media, events, and support materials
  • Create and maintain content for internal digital bulletin boards
  • Manage and protect brand standards for each brand and product line

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in journalism, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations
  • Proven project management skills and superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and conceptually as well as analytically

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Premier
  • Web Design experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Clarity, Google Analytics, and Google Ads

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maneuver production facility, vendor, and customer locations as needed
  • Ability to operate office equipment including phones, computer, copier, and fax
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
