Job Title: Assistant Community Director

Dietz Property Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our residential property management team. As an Assistant Community Director, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate reporting systems, performing month-end closing procedures, and preparing month-end reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate reporting systems of resident accounts
  • Perform month-end closing procedures and prepare month-end reports
  • Collect, process, and record monthly charges and other income
  • Provide quality and professional service to residents
  • Prepare required re-certification and lease renewal paperwork
  • Assist with the implementation of on-site social activities for residents
  • Maintain the office and clubhouse areas
  • Implement marketing activities and arrange the monthly property newsletter
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Leasing Consultant with at least 1 year in a lead leasing role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel, Windows, Internet, and Outlook
  • Experience with a Property Management software (e.g. Real Page, MRI, Yardi, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented for financial record keeping
  • Exceptional dedication to customer service, flexibility, results orientation, and a can-do attitude
