About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our Global Field Service Management product suite. As a key member of the Kuiper Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for this critical product suite.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, business, and operational partners to define Kuiper service offerings and ensure that they translate into world-class products that delight our customers, stakeholders, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Field Service Management product suite
  • Work closely with customers, engineering teams, business, and operational partners to define Kuiper service offerings
  • Develop expertly crafted working backwards, business requirements documents that can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Make high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
About the Team

The Software and Networking organization is responsible for all of the software, services, and infrastructure needed to securely and safely fly each Kuiper satellite, manage Kuiper's satellite constellation, control Kuiper's ground infrastructure, and deliver highly available network services to our customers around the world.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in industry and/or academia
  • 7+ years of product management and/or business leadership experience within a telecommunications or technology company
  • 7+ years of proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
