Job Overview

Great Lakes Skilled Trades is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our team in Madison, WI. This role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 annually, plus uncapped commission opportunities.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with current and potential clients at their job sites, conducting worksite evaluations, and prospecting leads through cold calling and social networking. You will be the primary point of contact for clients in your territory and work closely with your team on worker retention, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
  • Conduct site visits and evaluate client needs for staffing
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales, and client interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; 1 year of sales experience required
  • Prior experience in staffing, construction, or industrial sales a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
