**Overview of the Role:**

Mad City Windows and Baths is a rapidly expanding remodeling company seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Madison.

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing all residential project materials and installation processes prior to ordering, as well as supporting the ordering department with construction and installation-related questions. They will analyze contracts with measures to make any necessary alterations and ensure compliance with city and state code requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Analyze project materials and installation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Support the ordering department with construction and installation-related questions and concerns.
  3. Review contracts with measures to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Ensure compliance with city and state code requirements and industry standards.
  5. Document any structural concerns or issues that may impact project delivery.
  6. Communicate effectively with production staff and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  7. Evaluate and process changes to project scope and budget as needed.
  8. Collaborate with sales representatives and measure technicians to resolve contract and customer-related issues.
  9. Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the remodeling or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
